When adding a farmer, FEs choose how they met them. This adds Event as a third option alongside One-to-one meeting and Other, with a picker from Masters → Event types. Currently off to keep the form simple — switch on if event-based capture is needed later.

Allow Field Executives and Territory Managers to download farmer/contact data (Excel, PDF, CSV). When off, export buttons are hidden for FE and TM roles. Regional Managers and above always retain download access. Default: off to prevent data theft.
